CANCELLATION POLICY
– The program may change depending on the weather and safety of the customer.
– Cancellation of booking must be canceled at least 1 day before the travel date. There will be no charge.
– If you want to cancel the booking within 24 hours before the travel date, the full amount will be charged.
– On the activity day, if the customer does not travel, in any case, the company has a policy of not refunding the customer. However, if the customer has an accident or is sick and not ready to travel, the company will refund the customer 50% of the full amount only if the customer does not have a medical certificate from the hospital and has a reasonable reason.
