Cancellation due to bad weather

• We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We will check with meteorological and marine department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition and boat company cannot not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. Hower, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the
  boat out, we will not issue any refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations cannot be made after booking or after purchasing tickets from the national park.
• Postponement Notice (Before 6:00 PM on the day before traval)
  • No Charge
• Postponement Notice (Before 6:00 – 10:00 PM on the day before traval)
  • A Service fee ***will be charged. This fee covers the national park fee that the compNY has already paid.
  • Admission Fee for   National Park / Foreign Visitors : Adults 500 baht Children 250 baht / Thai Visitors : Adults 100 baht  Children 50 baht
• Postponement Notice (After 10:00 PM on the day before travel)
  • 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
• Additional charges for Postponed Travel :
  • Custemers who postpone their travel date will be charged an additional 50% on the next travel date.
• No-Show Policy
  • If the customer does not inform the company of their trip, cannot be contaated, or is not found on the day of travel, 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
