Cancellation due to bad weather
We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We will check with meteorological and marine department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition and boat company cannot not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. Hower, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the
boat out, we will not issue any refund.

Additional charges for Postponed Travel :
Custemers who postpone their travel date will be charged an additional 50% on the next travel date.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not inform the company of their trip, cannot be contaated, or is not found on the day of travel, 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
