Cancellation due to bad weather

*We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We will check with meteorological and marine department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition and boat company cannot not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. Hower, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the
boat out, we will not issue any refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Booking Cancellations before 24 hours before departure date trip, 25% of your total amount will be charged.
– Booking Cancellations that be made less than 24 hours before departure trip or NO SHOW ! customer on departure trip date, 100% of your total amount will be charged.
– Should the customer not be on time and be late to check-in, the company reserves the right to depart without the customers and shall not be entitled to provide any refund.
